Background
Natalie is originally from Brentwood (Essex) where she studied her GCSE's and A Levels before starting her career. She initially registered with a recruitment agency to start her search for work and was offered a role within the business within office support - but she was quickly promoted to Consultant and found that Recruitment suited her well!
In Work
Natalie has 13 years' experience of successfully placing candidates in permanent, contract, and temporary office support roles. She has worked with candidates throughout their careers, helping them to achieve their goals and reach their aspirations as they move up the career ladder. Her client base has spanned blue-chip global finance companies, media agencies and engineering giants as well as boutique investment companies, private houses, architects, property companies and technology start ups - to name a few. Having worked with clients and candidates across London and Essex, she has a wealth of expertise to draw on. Passionate about recruitment, Natalie set up Success Search to offer candidates and clients alike a truly unique, personable, honest and professional experience.
Outside Work
Natalie loves to be busy! She keeps active by running regularly and has completed a number of half marathons over the years as well as the London Marathon which she ran in 2009. One of her favourite pastimes is playing dodgeball, and she loves to walk her two cocker spaniels. Natalie values family time and spending time with friends. She also regularly donates to charity and volunteers at a local farm.

Background
James grew up in Elm Park (Essex) and completed his GCSE's at St Martin's School in Brentwood before attending College in Southend. He started his business at a young age and hopes to inspire other young people to do the same.
In Work
Business has been James's life since the age of 15. He has a passion for developing companies, building brands and providing what he refers to as "A1 Customer Service". James's expertise varies from understanding the foundation of an organisation, it's strategy, finance, future and growth. He owns a number of businesses across Essex and London and has won numerous awards including the ICAEW Business Person of the Year. James's experience in business has taught him that hiring the right people shapes the company itself, and he knows first-hand the value of having the best team.
Outside Work
James enjoys dining out with friends, getting stuck into DIY projects, walking his dogs and spending time with his family. He holidays regularly in Spain and being the entrepreneur that he is, is always on the look out for the next big thing!
